1.The fee schedule

Prices include VAT. The £1.99 report fee is credited against your first month if you take full access.

2.Renewal and cancellation

Nothing renews silently. Access ends at your exam date; if you move the date or rebook, we email to ask before charging again. Cancel in one click from Settings — effective immediately, with a refund for unused whole months. No retention offers, no chat queue, no guilt.

3.The free-retake promise

Finish your plan and fail the real exam, and your next attempt's preparation is on us. "Finish" means the plan reached exam day with its scheduled work substantially done — we read the same plan you do, and we read it generously.

4.What Examora is, and is not

• Examora is exam preparation. It is not medical advice, and never a substitute for clinical judgement or local guidance.
• Practice content is written for examinations, not for clinical use; treat patients from guidelines, not from question banks. Items are signed by a named clinician before they serve — where no signature is in place yet, the item is marked as unreviewed on screen.
• We are not affiliated with the GMC, HEE, the NHS or any examining body.

5.Your account, our conduct

One candidate per account. Don't scrape the bank, resell items, or sit the diagnostic for someone else. In return: your map and history stay yours, exportable, even after you leave.

6.Liability, law, the rest

Governing law England & Wales; statutory rights unaffected; liability caps and the boring-but-necessary clauses arrive with counsel's draft.
